Please read these terms carefully before using KlientLab.

By creating an account or using KlientLab ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including service providers who use KlientLab to manage their business and customers who access the client portal.
KlientLab is a cloud-based job and client management platform designed for service businesses of all kinds. The Service includes tools for job management, quoting, invoicing, payment collection, file sharing, team collaboration, customer communication, and related features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts for the purpose of misuse. One account per person or organization is required.
KlientLab offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Business. Features available on each plan are described on our Pricing page.
Free plan: No payment required. Subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page.
Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD. Annual billing is charged in full at the start of each annual period.
The workspace owner can change or cancel a subscription through the Billing portal. The portal displays the price, any proration, and effective date before confirmation.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Invoice payment processing is powered by Stripe. To accept payments from customers, you must connect a Stripe account through the Payments section of your Account Settings. By connecting a Stripe account, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
Stripe's standard card processing fees apply to each transaction independently. These fees are set by Stripe and are not controlled by KlientLab. Current rates are available at stripe.com/pricing.
Funds from customer payments are deposited directly to your connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's payout schedule. KlientLab does not hold or transmit funds on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices you send, for any applicable taxes, and for compliance with laws governing your billing practices.
Subscription billing (the fee you pay to use KlientLab) is handled separately from invoice payment processing and is separate from Stripe payment-processing fees.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within KlientLab. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Canceling a paid subscription does not delete your workspace. To close your account, contact [email protected] so our support team can arrange an export and confirm the deletion process, including stored files. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
The KlientLab platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content produced by us, is a product of Our Creative Works and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding outside the Service.
You retain all rights to your own content — your project data, invoices, client information, and uploaded files.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlientLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancel a paid subscription in Billing and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine may cause harm to other users, third parties, or us.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
