A few practical details

Does KlientLab take a cut of my invoices?

KlientLab adds no platform percentage to invoice payments. Stripe processing and connected-account fees may apply. Connect your Stripe account before accepting client payments.

What is included in Free?

One active project, two clients, quotes, messaging, and draft invoices. Upgrade to send invoices, share files, or use formal change approvals.

Do my clients need a paid account?

No. Invited clients can access their projects, review quotes and changes, and pay sent invoices without buying a KlientLab plan.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

The workspace owner can manage an existing subscription through Billing. Stripe shows the amount and effective date before a change is confirmed. Cancellation and renewal follow the terms displayed there.

Which plan fits a team?

Business adds team accounts, custom branding, and waterfall scheduling. Team accounts are included in the workspace price.

What if I already subscribe?

Your current subscription keeps its configured price unless you approve a plan change. These prices apply to new purchases; your billing portal shows your actual renewal amount.
